FIAP profiwork Fish Stunner is a robust and low-maintenance device for the stunning and killing of slaughter fish. Its adjustable digital control unit allows for adjusting the current intensity to individual needs. Tissue hemorrhage caused by too intensive current flow can be avoided by correct settings. Unlike models, which feature grid electrodes, the plate electrode deployed ensures the electric field’s consistent structure. Depending on the set field intensity, the device serves to either stun or kill fish. At settings ranging from 1 – 4, FIAP profiwork Fish Stunner will stun the fish. Settings from 5 – 9 will kill the fish. The stunning time has been pre-set to 90 seconds. FIAP profiwork Fish Stunner is wired all ready for connection and available in 3 different versions. Its delivery scope comprises one container, one digital control unit plus safety isolating transformer, as well as one contact switch for the also included lid. FIAP profiwork Fish Stunner facilitates quick and pain-free fish killing in accordance with animal protection and veterinary requirements.
