Despite the careful selection of your ordered goods, we can still make a mistake. In this case, we ask you to contact FIAP GmbH immediately with a fully completed return service ticket at service@fiap.de or send the fully completed return service ticket by fax to: +49 9628 9213-30.

Whether returns, product or payment claims - we always have an open ear for you. FIAP packages are subject to high quality checks. However, it may happen that a damaged package arrives. We would be pleased to receive your complaint and would like to offer you the best service possible. Please contact us and we will certainly take care of your request quickly.

Transport Damage
If you receive a damaged package, please refuse acceptance of the shipment and contact us immediately at service@fiap.de.

Return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept inadequately stamped (not free) returns. We ask you to stamp your return with the correct postage. Please report the returned goods in writing with a fully completed return service ticket at service@fiap.de or send the completed return service ticket by fax to: +49 9628 9213-30. The written application for a return will avoid long processing time.
