Designed to optimize the water’s gas saturation

The FIAP profiO₂ Cones have been designed to optimize the water’s gas saturation. Gas transfers and efficiency levels of up to 100 % are feasible. Feed water and oxygen inflow are located at the cone’s tip, the water thus flows top-down. The decreasing flow velocity inside the cone causes a balance between the oxygen bubbles’ buoyant force and the downward flowing water. The oxygen bubbles keep floating in the water, and the gas dissolves. We offer FIAP profiO₂ Cone in three different versions.
