With the FIAP ProfiHeat Active pond heater you maintain a constant temperature in your pond all year round, thereby preventing diseases and providing optimal conditions of growth for your pond fish. In order to keep your pond healthy throughout the winter it is important to maintain a constant water temperature of at least 8 °C, which the FIAP ProfiHeat Active will provide. The electrical pond heater with a control thermostat is installed inbetween a FIAP pond pump and a FIAP pond filter. Dependent on the location, insulation, and water quality you need a capacity of approx. 1 KW per 10.000 liters of pond water, depending on the desired water temperature.
