FIAP proficatch e-fish 200 facilitates gathering fish from rearing ponds, and is thus an ideal device for stock-checking and scientific testing. Being operated with pulsed current, it is also suitable for highly conductive waters (e.g. highly contaminated water). In practice, the running time in pure pulsed operation amounts to approx. 5 hours. In DC operation under full load, the unit features a running time of approx. 35 minutes. However, in practice this will extend to 2 – 3 hours, since maximum performance is not permanently required and the dead-man button is not always pushed.
