Product for slime control in fish ponds FIAP proficare SLIME clears your production pond from slime and deposits. Over time, slime accumulates in each and every pond – caused by, for instance, dead microorganisms, feed remains, and fish excretion. This may lead to putrefaction – the pond’s water becomes turbid and exhibits an unpleasant odor. Due to putrefaction, the content of oxygen dissolved in the water will be limited. Applying FIAP proficare SLIME prevents the need to excavate deposits from your pond. Additionally, FIAP proficare SLIME binds algal nutrient phosphate, and thus facilitates a substantial reduction of algal growth.

Dosage
50 g of FIAP proficare SLIME for each 1000 liters of water.
For particularly thick slime deposits, we recommend applying twice the normal dose.
