Liquid disinfectant for aquaculture FIAP proficare CIP is a liquid, low-foaming disinfectant on iodophor base, featuring good surface-active properties. FIAP proficare CIP provides comprehensive spectrum efficacy, comprising in particular gram-positive as well as gram-negative bacteria, yeasts, fungi, and viruses - independent of the product’s application temperature. Impact on materials Subject to the adherence to application instructions and times, the product will not affect any common materials. For materials such as low-carbon steel, galvanized iron, copper, brass, and rubber, please ensure recommended application times and concentrations are not exceeded, as otherwise the risk of corrosion will increase. After extended exposition, specific plastics and rubbers may exhibit slight brown discoloration. Composition Phosphoric acid; content of active iodine: 0.85 % Dosage Dose for equipment, machinery, surface, and instruments disinfection: 0.5 – 1.5 % (50 – 150 ml / 10 l); contact time: min. 15 minutes Usually use cold. For ideal disinfections results, please ensure prior thorough cleaning. Storage instructions Being stored under common conditions, the product features unlimited storage-stability.
