The FIAP PondHeat Active can be operated in continuous operation (100, 200, 300 W) irrespective of the ambient temperature. It can also be used as an energy-saving option with integrated freeze protection (100, 200, 300 W, with a switch-on range of approx. 0 °C air temperature). Closed in under an ice cap, dead plant parts and fermentation gases can unbalance your pond inhabitants’ natural rhythm of life. Therefore, it is extremely important to activate the FIAP PondHeat Active during severe frost to facilitate the essential gas exchange in your pond.
