Complaints

Even though we carefully select your ordered goods we can unfortunately not exclude possible errors. In suchlike cases please contact FIAP GmbH immediately by providing us with fully completed form Returns - Service - Certificate at service@fiap.de or by sending fully completed form Returns - Service - Certificate as fax to: +49 (0) 96 28 92 13 30.

Transport Damages

In the event your delivery arrives as damaged parcel, please refuse the consignment and contact us immediately at service@fiap.de.

Returns

Please note that we will not accept insufficiently stamped (unstamped) returns. Therefore, please ensure your possible returns to be postpaid correctly. Please also inform us in writing on your return consignment by completing our form Returns - Service - Certificate and sending it to service@fiap.de  or mailing it as fax to:
+49 (0) 96 28 92 13 30. Announcing your return consignment in writing serves to avoid extended handling times.
