Battery Act

Batteries contain valuable raw materials that are harmful to the environment but can be recycled.
Since our shipments may contain batteries and rechargeable batteries, we are obliged by the Battery Act (BattG) to inform you of the following:

Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste, but you are legally obliged to return used batteries and rechargeable batteries.
Waste batteries may contain harmful substances which, if not properly stored or disposed of, could damage the environment or your health.
But batteries also contain important raw materials such. As iron, zinc, manganese or nickel and can be recycled.

Of course, you can send back to us in our assortment spent batteries in usual quantities for proper disposal back to us.

Of course, you can return waste batteries in your immediate vicinity (eg in the trade, in the corresponding municipal collection points or in our sales office) free of charge.
The sale in points of sale is limited to the usual amounts for end users and such waste batteries that leads the distributor as new batteries in his assortment or led.

Waste disposal batteries are indicated by the crossed-out wheeled bin, which is printed on the packaging.
Below the wheelie bin symbol is the chemical name of the pollutant contained.

The crossed-out wheeled bin sign means you must not dispose of batteries and batteries with your household waste.
